Granville House Dental Care Practice has been established as a dental surgery since 1883 -
and now, as throughout the years, our dentists are dedicated to providing the best quality dental care using the latest technology

Children should visit the dentist from as early an age as possible to ensure that they grow up without fear of the dentist and with teeth that should remain healthy and intact throughout their lives.  
Granville House welcomes children of all ages, happy to reassure and explain all aspects of dental health, thus building up their confidence and ability to maintain a lifelong commitment to protecting their teeth.

Our spacious waiting room is friendly and especially welcoming for children, with toys and books to help put them at ease while they wait for treatment.



It is never too late to take care of your teeth and here we pride ourselves that teeth are only extracted as a last resort. Our dentists will endeavour to delay the loss of teeth with the latest materials and techniques and instruct you on how you can help yourself stave of the need for dentures.
General health of a patient is also an important factor in the protection of your teeth and it is important that we have all medical facts to help us provide the best possible treatment. It is therefore vital that you advise the practice of any medical condition you have and of any medicines you are taking, thus ensuring that they do not conflict with any treatment that the our dentist’s may recommend.
We have  facility's for patients in wheelchairs and we may be able to offer alternative home treatments, please speak to one of our team for more details. We also have a selection of oral hygiene products available for you buy as recommended by your dentist.

Granville house is a Denplan accredited private practice and does not offer an NHS service.

We do however provide for your convenience a late night surgery on Mondays till 8pm and a monthly Saturday surgery from 8.30am till It is advisable to book early as these appointments do go fairly quickly.

Free parking for patients is available at the rear of the practice, access via Oxford Road

24 hours notice of inability to keep booked appointments is required. Non-notification will result in a charge for the missed appointment.
